Description

    Acting as the CSRR platform manager for Columbia class submarines
  • Providing life cycle support for CSRR equipment
  • Preparing ILS support documentation for CSRR equipment
  • Reviewing and updating Allowance Parts List (APLs) as required
  • Providing initial delivery of CSRR Onboard Repair Parts (OBRPs), tracking and ensuring delivery of Program of Record (POR) OBRPs
  • Attending monthly, quarterly and semi-annual ILS development planning meetings
  • Liaising with NAVSEA PMS397 to provide updates for Columbia class ILS product development
  • Preparing presentations and briefing status of Columbia Class ILS product development to NAVSEA PMS397
  • Reviewing installation drawings to identify hardware configuration items and determine logistics support required
  • Identifying initial SCN OBRP, MAMs, OSI and INCO material required for Columbia class
  • Tracking material delivery to the shipyard production site and brief delivery status to NAVSEA PMS397
  • Utilizing Outfitting Requisition Control and Accounting System (ORCAS) to identify and track NAVSEA funded requisitions for Exterior Communications Systems (ECS)
  • Developing Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPs) data files to create and update APL data for Columbia Class submarines
  • Researching CSRR material demand requirements utilizing an Open Architecture Retrieval System (OARS)
  • Maintaining CSRR ILS database with status of all technical manuals, preventive maintenance, allowance parts list, on board repair parts and MAMs for Columbia class submarines
  • Conducting monthly review of ships stock status list and update the CSRR database with changes
  • Preparing and submitting CDMD-OA work files to the Configuration Data Manager (CDM) support PMW-770 CSRR configuration updates on Columbia class submarines
  • Reviewing and validating configuration data provided to CDMD-OA by PORs to support ECS
  • Preparing and submiting maintenance work files to report completion of equipment installations to the CDM
  • Conducting review of PMSIS to verify PMS requirements for CSRR equipment are supported on the Ships Forces Revision (S-FR)
  • Conducting a comparison of PMS data contained on the SF-R and configuration records in CDMD-OA
  • Reviewing Fleet PMS feedback reports and providing input to the ISEA for a response to the fleet request
  • Reviewing PLARS submitted in CMPRO and determining corrective action ILS support deficiencies and changes
  • Providing ILS support to the CSRR ISEA for CASREP response
  • Conducting reviews of CSRR Engineering Change Proposals (ECR's), engineering change request (ECRs) and Engineering Change orders (ECOs) for accuracy of logistics data elements and providing input to the NIWC Lant ISEA and NUWC Newport for action
  • Conducting semi-annual review of provisioning technical documentation (PTD) for CSRR equipment utilizing (PARTS) Provide input for updates to PMW 770 as required
  • Utilizing Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Pwerpoint to develop reports and presentations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of U.S. Navy submarine logistics experience
  • Experience with development of CDMD-OA work files with ISEA level access
  • Experience developing and tracking ICAPS data files to add and update APL data file
  • Experience with ORCAS for tracking NAVSEA funded initial outfitting requisitions
  • Experience with OARS for tracking repair part demand data
  • Experience with PARTS to review PTD data for Columbia class systems.
  • Experience with NAVSUP ReMAD program for verification of spares allowance for specific hulls
  • Experience with PMSIS MIS 3.0 for PMS verification for equipment configuration.

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
