Provides production and project support of voice network, applications, Unified Communications Manages the design, documentation and creation of standard operating procedures and processes for operation and support for all collaborative technologies and activities Manages communications requests, program needs assessments, project plans, budgets, schedules, internal and external resources Executes strategic decisions on vendors, technologies and the best solutions by researching and staying in the forefront of technology trends.
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other scientific discipline or four or more years of work experience. Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, specialized training. Active Secret Clearance. Program/project management experience on large programs with multiple sub-projects Experience in operations, management and delivery of large-scale Infrastructure Projects Proven track record of leading/supporting all aspects of complex technical projects, including subsequent integration to a successful close Platforms: knowledge of a wide range of distributed Unified Communications infrastructure Applications: knowledge of a UC of applications and related to operations, management, and service delivery Operations: knowledge of survivability, IT services, and support. Experience with flowcharting techniques and MS Visio, MS Project, and the MS suite of productivity tools.
