Job Summary:
The Office of the Registrar supports the teaching and learning mission of the University of Wisconsin-Madison by providing essential curricular, enrollment, and student-record services to the campus community. We are currently seeking a Course Specialist to join our Degree Audit and Academic Programs team, a group of hard-working, detail-oriented, innovative and collaborative professionals. This position reports to the Assistant Registrar for Degree Audit and Academic Programs in the Academic Services area of the office. Responsibilities: Collaborates with and supports students, faculty, and staff in the development, implementation, and maintenance of student records, curricular, and degree requirement data and systems.

Education: Required Qualifications: -Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in higher education required, preferably in a registrar, degree audit encoding, academic planning, or academic advising setting.
