Job Description

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant Intern to manage and streamline our equipment repair parts process. In this role, you'll be the central point of contact for all repair parts, ensuring our database is accurate, parts are ordered efficiently, and vendor communication is seamless.

This job is for you if
  • You can improve EES's repair part database.
  • You can create SAP PRs for all EES repair parts.
  • You can prepare all parts with shipping labels and instructions.
  • You can coordinate with EES repair part vendors with deliveries, expedites, and follow ups.
  • You can work in SAP to create SESs.
  • You can document transfer from old PM tracking database into the new database.
  • You can interface with Senior Technicians and Engineers to support resolving equipment specific issues.
  • You can be in direct communication with Production Operation Team regarding tool downtime needs.
  • You can monitor Repair Parts inventory for the entire Equipment Department and escalate when insufficient inventory is identified.
  • You have the ability to interface with repair/refurbish suppliers for RMA/Cost information and self-manage sending out of parts for repair.
  • You can work with each group to identify any repair parts needing repair/refurbishment.
  • You have the ability to use SAP to generate PRs (Purchase Requisition) for the entire Equipment Department.
  • You have the ability to generate a report for the return parts which occurred during the previous week and send them to the Area Equipment Managers and Equipment Director.
  • You can learn maintenance activities for Diffusion area toolsets.
Job Requirements
  • One to two years of technical experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment is desirable.
  • Must have demonstrated working knowledge of electro-mechanical systems operations and maintenance and be able to work with minimal assistance.
  • Basic knowledge is required of electronic theory, vacuum and pneumatics, principles of electrical circuits.

Education/Licenses/Certifications:

  • Associate of Science degree or Bachelors of Science degree in progress with an emphasis in at least one of Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering disciplines or equivalent.

Compensation: $17.98 - $21.15
