About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, market visibility, and demand generation in the Aerospace, Defense, and Space (AD&S) sectors. This role will be responsible for executing key marketing initiatives that directly impact sales, solidifying the company's position as an essential supplier, and building a scalable marketing function. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to drive impactful marketing initiatives that contribute to business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy focused on lead generation, brand positioning, and customer engagement.
  • Launch Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting key aerospace, defense, and space customers.
  • Overhaul and optimize SEO, paid digital ads (Google, LinkedIn), email marketing, and social media strategy.
  • Establish a content marketing engine, producing case studies, whitepapers, and technical thought leadership pieces.
  • Elevate trade show participation and engagement to generate measurable leads and achieve a 4:1 ROI on event spend.
  • Oversee website and social media marketing platforms to maximize digital engagement.
  • Ensure smooth integration of new acquisitions into the Precinmac brand.

Performance Metrics & Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Implement marketing automation and CRM integration to enhance lead generation, tracking, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
  • Define and measure KPIs such as inbound leads, website traffic growth, and marketing-attributed revenue.
  • Develop a monthly performance dashboard to assess the impact of marketing initiatives and optimize spending.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, business leaders, and executive leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop playbooks for demand generation campaigns that can be scaled across multiple AD&S customer segments.
  • Build a roadmap for expanding the marketing team, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Present regular progress reports and key insights to executives.
  • Support, coordinate, and attend conferences, meetings, and conversations to stay current on market trends and research.

  • Ability to develop long-term marketing strategies while executing high-impact short-term initiatives.
  • Understanding of market positioning, competitive benchmarking, and brand differentiation in the AD&S industry.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Proficiency in analyzing marketing data, tracking KPIs, and measuring ROI to guide strategy and optimization.
  • Experience in using CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce).

Revenue Growth & Impact Focus

  • Proven track record of driving measurable increases in inbound leads, marketing-attributed pipeline, and sales conversion rates.
  • Ability to scale demand generation programs that deliver a 5-10x increase in qualified leads.

Leadership & Influence

  • Strong leadership potential with the ability to mentor junior team members and eventually lead a full marketing team.
  • Ability to influence executive leadership, sales, and operations teams to drive a unified go-to-market approach.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and budgets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills to align marketing with sales, HR (for employer branding), and product teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B industrial/manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, data interpretation, and ROI measurement.
  • Experience managing website content, SEO, and social media marketing.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
