We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Specialty Clinic Nurse to provide direct patient care in a specialized clinical setting. You will collaborate with physicians and medical staff to ensure quality care for patients with specific medical needs, while promoting patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to patients, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
• Assist physicians during exams, procedures, and diagnostic tests.
• Educate patients on their conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Document patient interactions and care in the EHR system.
• Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes, and ensure a safe environment.
• Support patient flow, including scheduling and follow-ups.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.

• Current RN license in IOWA
• 1+ years of clinical experience (outpatient/primary care preferred)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• BLS certification (ACLS a plus)/Mandatory reporter
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Comfortable with EHR systems and multitasking
• Ability to lift and assist patients as needed
• Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods
