The Electrification & Decarbonization team within UP&I is focused on the development, creation, and implementation of transformative, scalable solutions to drive the vehicle and building electric transition. The Building Electrification and Efficiency Portfolio (BEEP) is an integral piece of energy sustainability and creating a better energy future for our customers, which is why PG&E has worked for more than four decades to support customer efforts to reduce energy usage. Our wide range of energy efficiency programs can help keep customer energy bills affordable, reduce energy demand on the grid, build customer resiliency to climate change, and advance building decarbonization in California. As one of the nation's largest energy efficiency portfolios, PG&E is helping to transform markets, set standards and be the marker by which all other utilities are measured. Position Summary The Supervisor, Residential Energy Efficiency Programs, is responsible for leading a team of program managers in executing and overseeing the implementation of the residential customer portfolio strategy and delivery plans, including oversight of the budget, energy savings goals (TSB), cost effectiveness, program key performance indicators, oversight of contracts with 3rd party implementers, ensuring compliance with data privacy mandates and regulatory compliance for residential energy efficiency programs. The role leads the cross-functional collaboration to understand and address customer needs, industry direction, business impacts and company vision; improving program operations, and helps PG&E produce a cost-effective energy efficiency portfolio. The residential portfolio includes resource acquisition, equity, and market support programs delivered by third party implementers. The portfolio includes energy efficiency behavioral programs that reach over 3 million households annually, PG&E's marketplace where customers can search for energy efficiency and clean energy products and a comprehensive virtual home energy audit program. In addition, the position will have oversight over Community Choice Aggregators (CCA) and Regional Energy Networks (REN) coordination and collaboration. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The work location is Oakland, CA. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and the middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.
