Platform Engineering Analyst

Job Purpose

ICE is looking for a Platform Engineering Analyst to collaborate with our global Platform Engineering team in delivering strategic infrastructure initiatives. This role involves working directly with our technology management team to assist in managing complex infrastructure projects and new initiatives. It requires effective communication, leadership, and attention to detail, as well as a focus on project organization, management, and collaboration with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate would successfully operate in a fast-paced, hands-on, and dynamic development environment, where an understanding of IT infrastructure would be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain team project plans, schedules, track project progress and performance against the project goals and target dates.
• Report and present the project status, milestones, achievements, and challenges to management regularly.
• Assist Platform Management team with scheduling meetings, keeping minutes, and tracking of follow up actions.
• Assist with infrastructure procurement including ordering and tracking of purchases.
• Perform entry to intermediate data analysis across a variety of sources and use cases

Knowledge and Experience

• Project management experience in a professional or academic setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Project, or other project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail, quality, and accuracy, with the ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.

Schedule

This role offers work from home flexibility of one day per week.
