Job Title Trust and Agency Services Program Manager Corporate Title Director Location New York, NY Overview Trust and Agency Services (TAS), a growing business within Corporate Bank with three core products, Corporate Trust, Document Custody and Depository Receipts, is one of Deutsche Bank's key areas of growth, and as such, TAS initiatives have been designated as Key Deliverables (KD). As the Program Manager of the TAS KD, you will be responsible to oversee execution, governance, and delivery of TAS Strategic Initiatives under the KD umbrella. You will be responsible for overall planning, identifying risks/issues, dependencies, and server as point of escalation as needed for KD designated programs, while maintaining a view on non-KD initiatives to ensure line with senior management guidance. As the Program Director, you are responsible for establishing Program Office to ensure TAS Programs adhere to Bank wide Change Governance Framework, reporting to TAS Senior Management as well as reporting/communication to GOC, as well as serving as KD Secretary responsible management of all key committee documents, agenda minutes, action logs and appropriate usage of relevant governance tools (i.e., Board Pad). Program Manager will work directly with the KD Vice -Chairperson and Chief Investment Officers to drive successful delivery of the book of work. What We Offer You

Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.
