Overview

Trust and Agency Services (TAS), a growing business within Corporate Bank with three core products, Corporate Trust, Document Custody and Depository Receipts, is one of Deutsche Bank's key areas of growth, and as such, TAS initiatives have been designated as Key Deliverables (KD). As the Program Manager of the TAS KD, you will be responsible to oversee execution, governance, and delivery of TAS Strategic Initiatives under the KD umbrella.

You will be responsible for overall planning, identifying risks/issues, dependencies, and server as point of escalation as needed for KD designated programs, while maintaining a view on non-KD initiatives to ensure line with senior management guidance. As the Program Director, you are responsible for establishing Program Office to ensure TAS Programs adhere to Bank wide Change Governance Framework, reporting to TAS Senior Management as well as reporting/communication to GOC, as well as serving as KD Secretary responsible management of all key committee documents, agenda minutes, action logs and appropriate usage of relevant governance tools (i.e., Board Pad). Program Manager will work directly with the KD Vice -Chairperson and Chief Investment Officers to drive successful delivery of the book of work.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure initiatives are on target while maintain overall business case, tracking benefits and investments in the initiative

  • As KD Secretary ensure compliance with the Terms of Reference

  • Work on budget submissions collecting data from varies area and with Tribe Leads to ensure initiatives are on track and escalate to Senior Leadership, as necessary

  • Maintain ongoing tracking system for each project/key deliverable/tribe

  • Work closely with Technology and Business to ensure delivery of program

  • Overall Program Governance: create PMO office to ensure proper governance of programs across TAS

How You'll Lead

  • Engage on a regular basis with the Business and Technology sponsors and stakeholders, to ensure awareness, engagement, and communications to ensure delivery of TAS Key Deliverables and other initiatives

  • Active communication and reporting between the central teams and TAS leadership

  • Ensure that appropriate levels of governance are being applied to the program and that key risk and decision points are being raised and resolved

Skills You'll Need

  • Extensive experience with program management in varies roles

  • Demonstrated manage global programs, with a strong change management background

  • Experience in delivering large scale complex programs in a financial institution (preferably a Bank)

  • Ability to influence and align stakeholders both in Information Technology and Business, experience in senior stakeholder management and communication

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written, oral)

  • Strong understating of financial markets a plus

  • A bachelor's degree in information system, finance, or business administration. Masters degree a plus

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $170,000 to $280,500.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
