CET leads a ~$0.5B portfolio of transportation electrification (TE) programs to increase the adoption of clean vehicles in California as we work to address one of the largest contributors to climate change. We serve PG&E's customers by deploying electric vehicle programs to increase access to charging infrastructure, reduce total cost of electric vehicle ownership, educating our customers and pursuing innovative R&D on the future of transportation electrification. Position Summary: CET's EV Customer Programs team designs and implements CET's electric vehicle programs, ensuring that these programs serve PG&E's customers safely, reliably, and affordably while enabling the achievement of ambitious clean energy transportation adoption goals and delivering a best in class customer experience. We are looking for a program management intern to join our team to support the EV Fleet program. EV Fleet is an infrastructure installation program designed to be a catalyst for the adoption of medium and heavy-duty electric fleet vehicles in PG&E's service territory pursuant to Senate Bill 350. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing program procedures and performing customer outreach to ensure optimal program impact and customer experience. This role includes a significant amount of customer-facing work, and the successful candidate should be comfortable interfacing directly with customers and providing an excellent customer experience. PG&E is providing the hourly rate range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time ofthe job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual hourly rate paid to an individualwill be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications,experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $19.91 to $36.42. Job Responsibilities: The successful intern will have the opportunity to learn about utility EV programs, utility processes, and the EV market by working alongside a team of subject matter experts leading a portfolio of innovative programs. Additionally, the intern will apply their analytical skills toward the development of new processes that will be scaled and replicated within the organization.
