Lathrop GPM is actively seeking an associate with 2-4 years of general litigation experience to join its nationally recognized Franchise & Distribution practice group. Candidates should have an active District of Columbia law license and be in good standing, strong research, writing, and critical-thinking skills, and outstanding interpersonal skills. This position offers continued professional development and support of personal practice growth through client development initiatives. The preferred location for the position is in our Minneapolis office, though it can also be based in our
Washington, D.C. office.
The current anticipated salary range is $190,000 - $230,000. Actual salary will vary and may be above or below the range. Full comprehensive benefit plan including health care, retirement plan and paid days off, including PTO, parental leave, and short/long term disability.
