About the Role:

Under general guidance, provides administrative and technical support in data collection, analysis and management for EH&S (Environmental Health & Safety) projects and programs, and servers as the primary resource for the contract administration system.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
  • Provides administrative support to the EH&S team to ensure the successful coordination, timeline management, and execution of various projects and programs.

  • Responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking project schedules and deadlines, organizing meetings and training sessions, and overseeing the administrative aspects of EH&S initiatives.

  • Compiles and organizes data related to workplace safety, environmental compliance and health programs. Works closely with team members to gather information, generates reports, tracks key performance indicators, supports decision-making processes, monitors project progress, and ensures that all project documentation is accurate and up to date.

  • Assists in updating and maintaining EH&S databases, policies and procedures, facilitates communications within the team and with external stakeholders, collaborates with the EH&S specialists, and provides general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of EH&S initiatives and regulatory compliance.

  • Serves as the primary point of contact/subject matter expert for the contract administration system. This includes entering contracts in the system, monitoring progress, exchanging documents with engaged parties, updating status, and monitoring expiration and/or renewal dates.

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma and 4+ years of general office experience and/or related experience, or equivalent experience, training, and/or certification OR

  • Associates/BS/BA Degree 2+ years of similar experience as noted above

  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, strong computer skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with team members and external partners

  • Strong project coordination skills

  • Extreme attention to detail/accuracy and ability to work independently on a broad variety of projects

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities

  • Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve problems in a timely manner

  • Ability to research, analyze, summarize, and report information in an effective manner

  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Bluebeam, Agiloft, Coupa, preferred

  • Familiarity with scientific or biotech laboratory terminology.

  • Ability to exercise discretion and judgment regarding confidential internal and external communications and materials

The hourly rate we reasonably expect to pay is $27.60-$40.01. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
