Program Services Manager - Capital Equipment

Summary:

In this role, you will manage operations and quality assurance of the Vizient Capital Commit program that will impact value realization and drive contract commitment. You will promote internal and external program optimization to deliver client and supplier value (e.g., sales enablement, revenue growth, contract utilization).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the program's structure, processes, and procedures to achieve objectives, with supervision, while tracking success metrics, revenue, and value performance.

  • Negotiate contracts, enforce compliance requirements, and onboard new members into the program.

  • Support the Spend Management team in monitoring and communicating opportunities that are part of the Capital Commit Program.

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to assess needs, gather feedback, and build strong relationships.

  • Research and interpret data analysis and market trends and consult with subject matter experts to formulate strategic recommendations.

  • Identify provider and supplier targets for new business via outreach; researches and identifies opportunities for new value propositions.

  • Manage and resolve client and supplier issues, adjustments, and ad hoc requests, while monitoring goal achievement, including financial incentives, participation, and contract utilization.

  • Strengthen partnerships by scheduling and participating in periodic business reviews with key suppliers and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.

  • Experience within healthcare supply chain, including contract negotiation and compliance enforcement preferred.

  • Ability to identify insights from data and create actionable next steps required.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Documented lean or project management experience preferred.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $135,400.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
