Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Product Manager. This role is with an insurance company in Milwaukee, WI. The contract duration is 10+ months. Compensation: Up to $63 per hour W2H Responsibilities: Shared accountability for the vision and execution of Field Recruiting process and product modernization tied to business outcomes Cultivate an understanding of Field Recruiting processes/workflows Shared accountability in cross-functional strategic roadmaps in addition to the products in their domain Define and track KPIs for measure of success Gather complex product requirements with a general understanding/knowledge of products in remit Review and validate requirements gathered from business partners Responsible for redefining complex business processes, the products supporting new process and product features from start to finish Proactive communication and marketing of domain products with stakeholders to ensure product strategy and vision is clear and accepted by the organization Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation according to business value or ROI Inform product decisions with both qualitative and quantitative data on behavior and experimentation Facilitate the daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings, and Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives Identify and resolve issues that may impair the ability to meet strategic, financial, and/or technical goals Requirements: Experience working in an environment with vended solutions 3-5+ years of prior experience in a Product Management Role, with agile team experience Experience with technical business analyst role, product owner or Scrum Master role, experience in leadership or mentorship of a team, multiple years working in complex, cross-functional companies managing multiple products and collaborating with additional PMs Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, managing expectations, input, and feedback of numerous stakeholders Ability to manage the work/backlogs of 1-2 engineering teams Must have demonstrated successful cross-functional work experience along with excellent communication, time management, and project management experience, strong business acumen, and high self-awareness/EQ Ability to influence decision making, leadership partnerships, and translate product requirements into technical requirements, high ability to work in ambiguity and solution effectively Preferred Experience: Bachelor's degree HR platform, Digital Talent Management, Applicant tracking system (ATS) experience Knowledge of the financial services industry, Digital Talent Management / Talent Acquisition / ATS experience Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
