Why do we need you ?

The Company is partnering with the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel ("ACC") to participate in the 2025 Diversity Corporate Summer Internship Program. Please note that applicants for this role must have been pre-screened by the ACC, the sponsor of this Program, and that the ACC may have other requirements or expectations for students participating in this Program.

This full-time, eight-week long summer internship will commence on or about June 2, 2025. The Law Department Intern will apply knowledge acquired in law school to contribute meaningfully to the Department through the successful and timely completion of assigned projects and tasks. Tasks during the summer may include, but are not limited to: issue spotting exercises, legal research, legal and/or business writing, shadowing opportunities, plant visits, presentations, networking events, and trainings. This role is hybrid, with the Law Department Intern expected to be on-site in Malvern a minimum of 2-3 days per week.

Required Qualifications



  • Actively pursuing a law degree (Juris Doctor) in the greater Philadelphia area and entering second (2L) or third (3L) year of law school in Fall 2025.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with relevant Company computer systems and programs, including Microsoft Office and Teams.
