Charge Nurse - Adult Inpatient Oncology
Overview Presbyterian Rust Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Oncology Charge Nurse. Oncology RNs works with patients who have, or who are at risk of getting, cancer. As a Charge Nurse in the Oncology Unit, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the unit and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to patients with cancer. You will lead and support a team of skilled nurses, coordinating patient care activities and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and best practices. Your role will involve collaborating with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and individualized care plans for patients. Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring and developing nursing staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
