Summary of Job Description: The ServiceNow Developer works on technical aspects of the ServiceNow application, integrating with other business solutions and interfaces with both internal IS teams and Business stakeholders.This position provides technical insight in designing, configuring and supporting ServiceNow while aligning to Service Management best practices. You'll get a chance to:
- Identify and analyze business services, applications, and configuration items.
- Build relationship mappings in ServiceNow CMDB with Discovery Tools and Service Mapping in serving ServiceNow modules including ITOM, Hardware & Software Asset Management, Change, Problem, Certificate, Incident etc.
- Support all technical aspects and tool solution delivery including application UI configuration, workflow configuration, scripting, REST & SOAP APIs, system integrations of ServiceNow with other business applications including, but not limited to Infor Workday, POS Systems, Active Directory, SSO, automated system monitoring tools etc.
- Develop, customize and implement ServiceNow Self-Service Portal (Employee Center) to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design user-friendly interface for driving service centralization and transformation.
- Maintain technical expertise and keeps current with relevant industry standards and best practices in ServiceNow for future development strategies and drives the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on business user experiences.
- Develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that they meet the client's needs and are aligned with ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SPM, and CMDB best practices
- Collaborate with other developers to ensure that code is developed and maintained according to best practices.
- Document knowledge articles following the Knowledge processes, and conducts training on the ServiceNow platform for management, IT and end users.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Communication, Electronic Engineering or related field
- ITIL Foundation certification
- ServiceNow Administrator/Developer Certification
- Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist & Certified ServiceNow Developer preferred.
- Minimum 5 years as a Service Management professional configuring core modules (Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Asset, CMDB)
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
Pay Range: P3: $90,000 - $126,500 / Annual * Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
