For more information about the company and product line visit: www.sigsauer.com Position Summary: As a Sustaining Engineer I, you will support the maintenance and improvement of existing products to ensure quality and performance. Your responsibilities include assisting in troubleshooting production issues, implementing design changes, and collaborating with Quality, Operations, and R&D teams. You will help conduct root cause analysis, support value engineering projects, and optimize manufacturing processes. Additionally, you will document engineering changes using SOLIDWORKS and PLM systems, ensuring products meet customer and engineering requirements. FLSA: Exempt Job Duties and Responsibilities:
