People Manager, Attorney Resources & Development Steptoe LLP, a Washington, DC-based Am Law 100 firm, is actively seeking a People Manager, Attorney Resources & Development.
The sole focus of this role is to ensure a positive and productive Attorney experience. Responsible for the comprehensive life cycle of all non-partner Attorneys including but not limited to all processes procedures related to the administration of firm integration, performance evaluation, annual compensation for all non-partner attorneys. The Manager will work closely with the Professional Development Committee, Training and Learning, Talent Acquisition, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion on strategic integration and retention efforts.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $120,000 - $155,000. The actual base salary offered will be dependent upon the applicant's experience and qualifications, as well as other job-related factors, including but not limited to, relevant skills, education, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, geographic location.
