Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period of time. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

As a Senior Manufacturing Planning and Scheduling Specialist, you'll utilize your skills and talents to represent the production and material planning function on cross functional teams. Essentially, you'll compile and monitor monthly production schedules, create complex material structures in the material planning tool and identify process flow improvements and implement. You'll also prepare labor and material forecasts as requested and interface periodically with supply chain or suppliers on delivery issues and problem resolution.

What you bring to the table:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree
  • Extensive knowledge of bill of material concepts and methodologies
  • Strong grasp of the proposal process for both material and labor estimating
  • High proficiency with ERP systems
  • Proven expertise in scheduling and timeline management
  • Advanced Excel skills

Target salary range: USD $76,136.00/Yr. - USD $82,381.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
