Job SummaryWe currently have an opportunity for a Summer 2025 Intern at the Melrose Park Production Facility to join the Human Resources Team. Salary Range: $19.00 - $22.00/hour Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities: Career Mapping Project Support Succession Planning Project Support Identifying critical positions within the company Identifying skills gaps between positions Identifying transferrable skills between positions Identifying high-performance employees with leadership potential Community Outreach Project: Interns will be put into groups and be responsible for finding a local nonprofit organization to put together a community service day with. Requirements: Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university program; pursuing a related business field degree; Be classified as a minimum of a sophomore; and Must be planning to return to school at the end of his/her break Must commit to 8-10 weeks of internship Field of Study: Human Resources, Psychology, Communications Additional Information We offer an excellent salary and benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, as well as life insurance, disability,401K with company contribution, andwellness program.
