Job SummaryWe currently have an opportunity for a Summer 2025 Intern in the Human Resource Division to join the team and experience hands-on learning and training. This position requires working onsite 3+ days per week in our Lake Zurich, Illinois office. U.S. work authorization required: Fresenius Kabi will not sponsor work visas or other employment authorization. Pay rate is $19.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on completed academic years Fresenius Kabi does not provide a housing stipend or relocation assistance for summer internships. Responsibilities This position requires working onsite in Lake Zurich, Illinois3+ days per week. Must commit to 10 weeks of internship. The internship will provide a broad generalist experience in the field of Human Resources Primary Responsibilities The internship will provide a broad experience in the field of Human Resources including: Employee Engagement Compensation Communication Talent Management Requirements Must commit to 10 weeks of internship Completed at least two years of college education before beginning internship Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship, with an anticipated graduation date in the following Winter/Spring. Pursuing a bachelor's degree, in Human Resources Development, Human Resources Management, or Human Resources related Must have outstanding interpersonal skills Strong organization, follow-up, and communication skills Must be able to multi-task and be results-orientated. Must be proficient in MS Office.
