Basic Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.


Responsibilities for this Position

Job Title: Systems Cybersecurity Engineer
Develop secure solutions to protect next generation defense systems and warfighters.

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

As a Cybersecurity/Information Assurance Engineer for Cyber Systems, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for providing cybersecurity solutions and supporting certification and accreditation activities to assess and mitigate system security threats and risks throughout the program life cycle.

We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences:

  • Strong use and understanding of systems engineering concepts within the system development life cycle
  • Strong use and understanding of cybersecurity processes/guidelines such as NIST 800-37 Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
  • Conducting and mitigating vulnerability and compliance assessments on various operating systems, Internet browsers, web servers, databases, network, and peripherals devices

What sets you apart:

  • Hold a Department of Defense active TS/SCI security clearance with an active Polygraph, and an active security certification (Security+ or CISSP)
  • Leading a cybersecurity team to implement advanced security solutions to meet the customer's mission and deliver a robust and repeatable security approach
  • Applying industry and DHS cybersecurity technology and trends to ensure engineering project's security services are consistent with, and/or superior to, industry best practices
  • Strong knowledge of cyber security technology and trends to develop security engineering products and implement various security designs

Workplace Options: This position is fully on-site. While on-site, you will be a part of the Scottsdale AZ Hayden facility team.

Target salary range: USD $115,674.00/Yr. - USD $128,325.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
