DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As the lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing various systems and programs related to medical marijuana. Your work will include analyzing program processes and data, developing and modifying computer applications, and ensuring the efficient administration of the Medical Marijuana Program. You will also be responsible for monitoring and enforcing contract performance and service level agreements, as well as ensuring compliance with disaster recovery and security measures. Additionally, you will be the point of contact for vendors and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania agencies for any issues or concerns related to the medical marijuana program. - Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Five years of business process analysis experience; or
- One year as a Business Analyst 1; or
- One year as an Information Technology Trainee; or
- One year of business process analysis experience and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
