DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will support the Roadway Programs Coordinator (RPC) by executing various technical support tasks related to the development of maintenance supplies and services, as well as administrative responsibilities that aid ongoing maintenance programs. This includes analyzing results and ensuring adherence to appropriate inventory policies and procedures within Plant Maintenance (PM) applications. Additionally, you will offer guidance in the collection and analysis of data, assist in problem resolution across diverse scenarios, and serve as a backup to the RPC when required.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
  • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Indiana.
  • Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $44,890.00 (before taxes).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • One year as a Roadway Programs Technician 1; or
  • One year of experience in analysis of data utilized in planning and scheduling of work, materials and equipment, and an Associate's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Computer Science, Highway Engineering Technology or closely related program; or
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
