The Opportunity:

As the HE GTM & Marketplace Operations Analyst, you will collect various HE market intelligence data, manage compliance issues including market hygiene maintenance with price compatibility, and execute marketplace and GTM policies throughout channels periodically. You will consolidate and create various types of reports and analytics daily/weekly/monthly for all HE product categories. This includes but not limited to market intelligence data, competitors' price and promotion details, market shares, forecasts, etc.



  • Be the Go-To-Market operational point person for all HE product categories, manage market compliance issues and maintain market hygiene daily with communication with concerned parties internally as well as externally promptly.
  • Monitor, collect, and consolidate various sell-thru and market intelligence data daily/weekly/monthly for product pricing and promotion, including competitors' data in multiple marketplaces and retailers.com.
  • Provide up-to-date reports and analytics to leaders and stakeholders to support decision-making on time.
  • Develop and continue to optimize relevant analytic and reporting tools.
  • Plan in advance and manage annual subscription contracts, renewals, secure budgets, and process vendor invoices periodically working closely with internal teams as well as external service providers.
  • Continue to develop GTM policies and improve operational processes to maintain market hygiene and be compatible in the market.
  • Research market trends and collect feedback periodically to improve the overall process and policies.
  • Thoroughly execute with the internal sales team as well as external partners.
  • Monitor market competitiveness and execute test buys working with 3rd party service providers. Find out root causes, provide reports on time, and prevent further disruptions in the marketplace.
  • Manage authorized/unauthorized dealers for overall HE business and provide periodic updates internally and externally.
  • Support leaders and Business Unit teams to achieve business and team goals. Provide necessary ad-hoc analytics and support to improve business performance.


Qualifications:

Required:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, or relevant field of study.
  • 2-3+ years relevant work experience with Business, Analytics, GTM, Operations, Sales, and Market Intelligence.
  • Especially strong analytical and Excel skills and a disposition toward data driven decision making.
  • Results driven and problem-solving skills with strong ability to ambiguity and adapt to changing business requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including effective writing and presentations skills, and ability to work with as well as influence senior level business partners.
  • Open-minded and ability to work with cross functional teams.
  • Strong work ethic, time and self-management skills.


Preferred:



  • Analytical experience in finance, data analytics, economic preferred.
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally when required to meet with stakeholders and check in on production.
  • Ability to navigate international cultures and work across time zones.
