Staffmark is hiring a CNC Machinist in Vista, CA! If you're ready to take the next step in your career, apply today!

Pay: $20 - $30 Depending on experience

Shift: 1 shift available

As a CNC Machinist, you'll collaborate with the Machine Shop Programmer and Engineers to ensure parts and assemblies meet company standards. You'll handle all phases of part operation, from setup to first article acceptance, and contribute to process improvements and waste reduction. Additional responsibilities include performing in-process quality inspections, inputting data into management forms, and continuously enhancing production procedures.

Responsibilities:



  • Complete machine setups independently
  • Analyze job orders, blueprints, and design data to determine appropriate tool and machine selection
  • Perform quality inspections and maintain accurate records
  • Recommend process improvements to reduce part quality variation
  • Participate in internal training and other duties as needed




Qualifications:



  • U.S. Person status required due to export control
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of MasterCam experience
  • Knowledge of machine tool clearances, fixture offsets, and cutting tool offsets
  • Ability to read blueprints and comprehend quality requirements
  • Experience with inspection methods for precision machined parts
  • Ability to work in a loud environment and stand for extended periods
  • Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
