Pay: $22 per hour

Night Shift Hours: We ask that candidates who apply have flexible availability for shift times based on company needs. You will work 5-8 hour shifts between the hours of 5 PM - 4 AM, Monday-Friday.

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for everyday warehouse operations, leading and coaching new and existing talent, and ensuring that all assigned tasks are being completed to the best of everyone's ability. You will also collaborate with Staffmark management and onsite supervisors while maintaining positive and professional relationships with your peers.

Qualifications: At least six months of verifiable warehouse lead experience; strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and time management skills; and the ability to stand for extended periods, remain active during shifts, and lift 50 pounds.
