Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a strong background in program management. The ideal candidate should be able to manage complex technology projects with aggressive schedules in different time zones.

Responsibilities:



  • Work with clients' global teams and Product and Engineering Teams to deliver strategic programs.
  • Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
  • Create program plans, manage schedules, and own end-to-end program delivery with a focus on high-quality and on-time delivery.
  • Meticulously plan and conduct workshops with large groups of audience.
  • Define program deliverables and drive accountability through tracking and follow-up on action items to closure.
  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
  • Produce program reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks early, promoting a smoother path to success and reducing potential disruptions.
  • Conduct scrum of scrums and steering committee meetings to bring alignment.
  • Provide uniform stakeholder experience through consistent communication, and transparency regarding program status, resource requirements, priorities, risks, and issues.



Requirements:



  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
  • 4 years in a project/program management role managing software development projects.
  • Working experience with technical teams, including product management, operations, engineering, etc.
  • Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
  • Ability to correctly present the urgency of issues and escalate appropriately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile software lifecycle methodology with hands-on experience in JIRA Platform and Confluence.
  • Experience in managing AdTech-related programs is a plus.
  • Experience working in Smartsheets and Tableau.
