Job Duties: As a Call Center Operator, your daily responsibilities will include routing incoming calls and making outgoing calls while greeting callers in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner. You will screen callers and respond to routine requests for information, utilizing phone directories or consulting individuals within the department to locate specific personnel.
