Job Duties: As a Production Line Lead, you will update the Staffmark and customer management teams regarding employee absences or late arrivals during check-in. Coordination with the customer management team for employee placement on the production lines is essential, along with assisting in managing break times to ensure all employees return promptly. The role includes working on the production line across each shift and filling in wherever needed to maintain smooth operations.
