Pay: $85,000/yr - $110,000/yr

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in business or finance is a plus, alongside a requirement for rental industry experience and proficiency in Microsoft Suite. Strong experience in hiring, counseling, coaching, and motivating a team for at least 2 years is essential, along with the ability to handle items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Job Duties: As a Store Manager, you will develop plans to enhance store performance while managing P&L, expenses, and the monthly budget. Regular reporting-daily, weekly, and monthly-will be essential to communicate store performance to upper management. Evaluating departmental and individual employee performance will be a key function, along with developing and monitoring employee onboarding, training, and performance evaluations. Additionally, you will be responsible for researching and logging all safety violations to ensure compliance and reporting these to senior leadership.
