Are you detail-oriented and seeking a rewarding opportunity? Staffmark has partnered with an egg producing company located in Siloam Springs, AR, and we are hiring a Quality Assurance Assistant. Pay: $16 per hour

Schedule: 5:30am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday

Essential Functions:



  • Inspect eggs during grading, washing, and packaging to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Conduct quality tests for shell integrity, weight, yolk quality, and freshness.
  • Monitor compliance with USDA regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality checks; prepare quality reports.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Train production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions; assist with new hire safety orientations.


Qualified candidates will have six months to one year of quality assurance experience, basic computer skills, and willingness to be trained as needed.
