right here in York, PA! We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, professional with strong leadership skills to join the team as an Office Manager. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with our premier client. We can offer competitive compensation and benefits packages and provide a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth.

Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM | $20 - $35 per hour

Requirements



  • 1+ years of in-office experience (specifically in payroll and QuickBooks)



Office Manager Job Description



  • Manage office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling personnel, and filing paperwork.
  • Conduct bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including recording transactions, generating invoices, and managing accounts payable/receivable.
  • Prepare payroll, government returns/remittances, and 401K contributions.
  • Complete quarterly IFTA filings and monthly account reconciliations.
  • Obtain permits for oversized/overweight loads.
  • Maintain general office files.
  • Communicate with team members and negotiate with vendors to purchase materials.
  • Organize and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Provide administrative support to management.
