Salary: $85,000 to $110,000 per year

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What We're Looking For: A Bachelor's degree in business or finance is a bonus! We need someone with experience in the rental industry and strong Microsoft Suite proficiency. You should have at least 2 years of experience in hiring, counseling, coaching, and motivating a team. And don't forget-being able to handle items up to 50 pounds is part of the deal.

Your Responsibilities: As a Store Manager, you'll spearhead initiatives to boost store performance while expertly managing P&L, expenses, and the monthly budget. You'll update management with daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Evaluating the performance of departments and individual team members will be key, as will developing and monitoring onboarding, training, and performance evaluations. Safety compliance is paramount; you must actively research, log, and report any safety violations to senior leadership.
