Do you have previous administrative office experience and are ready for a change? Staffmark is hiring an Administrative Assistant to work for our automotive manufacturing client in Fort Payne, AL. If you have at least one year of related work experience, are proficient with Microsoft Office applications, and are eager to take your career to the next level, this could be the perfect temp-to-hire job

Pay: $17.50 per hour

1st Shift Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday

The Administrative Assistant will work directly with the Human Resources and Accounting departments. The candidate selected will perform administrative/accounting tasks, enter data, file documents, and maintain the inventory of office supplies. We are searching for a candidate with one year of administrative/receptionist experience, strong customer service, typing, and communication skills, professional phone etiquette, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and who is bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred). Lifting requirements are 25 pounds.
