The Associate Sales Enablement Manager is an integral part of the field organization. In this fast paced environment, the ideal candidate will work with the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement, Global to improve the performance of our sales team through initiatives and programs that drive sales enablement and implement processes and technologies that improve sales efficiencies. They should have a keen interest in developing individuals and the ability to leverage data to identify areas of focus to improve success. They will be the go to person for the US field team. They will work across departments including leadership, operations and marketing.

Responsibilities

Training and Onboarding:

  • Support the development and deliver the new hire onboarding process inclusive of 30/60/90 day plans.

  • Partner with sales enablement manager, and company leaders, to create and maintain an effective new hire academy.

  • Work with managers and leaders to identify and develop plans based on gaps in learning and training to ensure existing sales team members are continuously developing their skills.

Content Creation/Communication:

  • Help develop and deliver enablement communication to the field, both written and verbal. Reinforce understanding of these communications with follow up to ensure stickiness and sharing real life success stories.

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Understand and train field on Sales Methodology - measure success and suggest areas of improvement and implement solutions to improve workflows and improve efficiency.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Participate in collating feedback on field and customer facing content, communicating this back to the content owner and working in partnership with them to make improvements.

  • Participate in deal review goals and report insights back to leadership for continual improvement.

  • Assist in tracking and analyzing insights, generating reports and summarizing both qualitative and quantitative feedback of enablement initiatives.

Technology:

  • Manage Enablement Platform (Seismic) and keep all field relative calendar invites up to date

  • Use and optimize our existing tech stack to drive enablement (Gong, Seismic, Crayon, Salesforce, etc.)

Event/Webinar Coordination:

  • Support delivery of Sales Kick offs, rally and field events

Other:

  • Activate enablement programmes such as training material, onboarding and other projects, partnering with relevant departments internally to deliver and measure success

  • Actively participate in field meetings to enable stronger alignments to business objectives.

  • Work to clearly set objectives, reporting back on a project level to the manager and setting goals that are SMART.

  • Actively participate in and support QBRs

  • Support full field team

  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Sales Enablement or Sales Operations, Marketing, or Training Experience.

  • Well-organized and able to handle multiple takes at once while maintaining attention to detail.

  • The ability to follow a schedule and meet deadlines is paramount.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently as well as with different teams and people at all levels of the company.

  • Must be a self-starter, collaborative and use good judgment.

  • Must be capable of building consensus and driving alignment across sales leadership.

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to spot opportunities for improvement and suggest effective solutions.

  • Must be able to work Tuesdays and Wednesdays at our Scottsdale Office location.
