The Sr Supply Chain Manager will be on point to mentor Operations personnel, manage critical operations functions, and drive improvement projects both internally and within supply chain.This role demands a leader who has demonstrated success within food and beverage operations. The individual should have a strong understanding of procurement, production and distribution within a CPG environment. An understanding of systems involving EDI, ERP and MRP is a plus. Our ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator and project manager with a strong desire to achieve consistently great results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of Operations personnel responsible for procurement, production, warehousing, distribution and customer support
  • Develop and maintain positive yet accountable relationships with our co-packers and other supply-chain partners
  • Manage the onboarding of new supply-chain partners, such as co-packers and 3PL providers
  • Manage the onboarding of new distributors and chain accounts
  • Drive improvement projects both internally and within the supply-chain
  • Identify improvement opportunities that will improve efficiency and decrease risk
  • Resolve supply-chain issues as they arise
  • Report ongoing status and promote transparency
  • Help identify and build metrics around key performance indicators

Requirements:

  • BS degree in Business or a related field- required
  • 5+ years of supply chain management experience
  • Proven track record of success within Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) operations
  • Experience working with third parties such as co-packers
  • Strong skills in analytics and developing reporting models
  • Excellent project management skills with an ability to set and achieve goals, prioritize and multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with NetSuite (or a similar BOM-based software platform) is a plus
  • Experience working with EDI is a plus
  • Commercial/Marketing understanding and/or experience

The approximate pay range for this position is $149,000.00 to $202,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
