The CTAG intern will be able to develop a new product from the initial concept stage to a market ready solution. This involves ideation (capsule, tablet or softgel), raw material training, development trials (lab training, operation of tablet press machines and/or encapsulators, along with blending process), escalation to a commercial batch, troubleshooting, testing, transfer to operations and creation of a Product Manual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completed concept brief and development brief.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
  • Prototypes and testing results.
  • Attending training sessions, participating in summits or meetings to gain experience.
  • Completed DDD.
  • Use Statistical methods to understand if the manufacturing process is under control, generating data and CPK values.
  • Provide updates on the project and receiving feedback on performance
  • Shadowing Coworker to understand the insights of each role.
  • Create presentations and reports based on technical trainings and product development.

  • Ability to learn quickly, embrace change, and thrive in a fast-paced, environment.
  • Excel and PowerPoint Skills. Statistics skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Curious and able to develop new skills to address challenges.

Areas of Study/Majors

  • Pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science or related field.
