We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager, who will serve as a trusted advisor to our Johns Hopkins ACG System clients, fostering long-term partnerships and driving impactful outcomes through product adoption. You will oversee the strategic alignment of our offerings with client needs, ensuring their success while identifying growth opportunities to expand our partnership. Up to 30% US Travel required.

What you'll do:




  • Develop and execute account strategies for increasing product utilization, goal achievement and contract renewals. Facilitate ongoing communication with clients, including regular strategy reviews, performance metrics reporting, and frequent feedback loops.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Growth, Product, Operations and Academic Faculty, to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Review all deliverables and communications to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
  • Proactively identify and resolve client challenges, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and product innovations to provide clients with forward-looking insights and solutions.
  • Represent client interests internally to influence product development and operational improvements. Monitor and report on client health using



What you'll bring:




  • 5+ years in client success, account management, strategic consulting, business development or project management roles in the healthcare industry, preferably with value-based care or population health analytics.
  • A thorough understanding of the ACG System, and effectively articulate the value proposition to clients to drive adoption for the achievement of strategic goals.
  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, and negotiation abilities. Ability to analyze business needs and translate into actionable strategies.
  • Technical aptitude with healthcare technology solutions.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities under deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • High level of initiative and works collaboratively in a team-based environment.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.




Salary Range: Minimum 30.60 per hour - Maximum 50.53 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
