Job Title: Customer Service / Call Center

Location: Dimondale, MI 48821

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr. without benefits

Duration: 9+ months (Contract)

Work hours: 08:00AM - 04:00PM OR 09:00AM - 05:00PM (Mon - Fri)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Temporary Departmental Technician for CJIC call center
  • This has a detrimental impact on our productivity and the ability to serve our customers timely. By filling this gap with a temporary employee, we will be able to make up for this lost time and maintain our production goals to provide better customer service.
  • Assist in providing customer service in the areas of employer reporting and service credit This may include providing customer service to reporting units, contacting schools on reporting issues and aiding regarding missing and unaccepted reports and org fixes. The position may also provide customer service to ORS members handling requests received via forms, phone calls, mi Account, e-mail, and written correspondence.
