We have an opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join our Residential & Irrigation Flow team in New Brighton/Roseville, MN. You will play a critical role in driving strong business performance at Pentair through progressive talent and culture practices as the strategic HR advisor to the Spray & Specialty General Manager and leadership team. The role provides comprehensive HR business partner support in a variety of areas, including leadership coaching, organizational design, change management, engagement, talent management and development, talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations and compliance. This role will be based at the New Brighton, MN manufacturing plant. You will:
Key Qualifications:
Compensation: For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $95,500 - $177,3000 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as an annual incentive bonus.
