Commercial Revenue Specialist

Ukiah Waste Solutions, a Waste Connections company, is looking to hire a full time Commercial Revenue Specialist at our location in Ukiah, CA!

The schedule will be Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. The pay range for this job category is $22-$24 per hour.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor all 3rdeye generated revenue
• Verify each transaction for accuracy
• Update incorrect data
• Geocode accounts as necessary
• Communicate with customers for rightsizing service
• Communicate with customers any service related issues or concerns
• Create charge batches for 3rdeye generated overages
• Review and ensure accuracy of all charge batches created
• Prepare revenue reports as necessary
• Send communications to customers via email or USPS educating on overages or any operations related issues

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year in an operations or customer service-based role preferred.
• Strong typing skills
• Must have working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Etc)
• Excellent organization and communication skills, both orally and written.
