POSITION SUMMARY The intern will be assigned to conduct ingredient reviews (literature reviews) and consolidate ingredient science based on NHSc strategic priorities. The intern will work with the Nutrition, Science, and Technology team and will be accountable for searching, analyzing, and communicating scientific findings on nutritional ingredients benefiting specific health outcomes by end of internship. The intern will also be responsible for consolidating ingredient previous ingredient evaluations and creating a catalogue system for searching and archiving. With some support and guidance, the intern will be able to recommend ingredient blends / product concepts in strategic focus areas for future product innovation. The intern will be able to participate in various activities within the NS&T team, such as Ideation and Prototyping workshops. The exposure to multi-disciplinary teams (e.g. Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing & Innovation) throughout the internship will help to enrich the intern's knowledge about ways of working in an industry setting Key Responsibilities:
