Responsibilities

Job Description: Supervises telephone operators as well as oversees day to day operations of the Call Center and its employees. Trains, educates, and mentors employees and adheres to quality standards. Excellent verbal communications and the ability to multi-task in a high-volume call center while maintaining integrity and quality of service to all customers. Flexible to work other shifts when needed to ensure 24-7 coverage.


Qualifications

Education: High School or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Five (5) to ten10) years of experience working in a high-volume Call Center communications department with healthcare emphasis Customer Service, or Supervisory experience preferred. Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills.

Technical Skills: Computer proficiency to include software applications and Phone Systems. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Analytical, efficient, and thorough
License/Certification: None
