Overview
The Agency of Digital Services (ADS) is seeking a Project Manager to join ADS's Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). We have a standard work schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:45 am-4:30 pm with some flexibility in these hours and the potential to telework while living within the State of Vermont. This is the fourth level of five in the Project Manager series. Duties involve professional management of technology-related projects. In collaboration with state agency project team leaders, project managers ensure projects are properly planned and implemented to meet the business purpose of the agency and/or project sponsor. Class incumbents may supervise one or more subordinates. Work is expected to be conducted through self-direction of following the defined ADS EPMO project lifecycle and performed under the general supervision of executive management. Work is performed in a standard office setting, but some travel may be required for which private means of transportation should be available. Work outside of regular business hours may be expected. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, Information Technology or a related field OR Certification as a Project Manager Professional (PMP) and Three (3) years or more of experience in the field of information technology where the primary role was project manager. OR Five (5) years or more of experience in the field of information technology where the primary role was project manager. Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in business administration, public administration, information technology or project management. Total Compensation
