Description TEKsystems is actively looking for a Service Representative for our client in the Clarksville, IN market. This individual will be joining the front office team, and tasked with handling customer issues, escalating service tickets to the appropriate team, technician dispatch, and data entry. Organization, communication, and customer service will be critical for this role.
