Applies advanced engineering and network planning principles, theories, concepts and technologies to develop solutions for unusually complex problems and develop growth strategies. Primary focus is providing OSP strategies for efficient capacity consumption and route planning to support market growth and network facility consolidation. This position supports strategic market level planning with the purpose of eliminating network inefficiencies and optimizing network assets while ensuring longevity and overall health of markets in support of organic growth. Facilitation of cross-functional plans and strategies to ensure alignment across all partners of the business. Regarded as a subject matter expert and may act as a technical project leader or provide work leadership for other team members. Excludes those with full supervisory responsibilities. Location
