Move-In Coordinator

Inniswood Village Senior Living Campus

Westerville, OH

Part-time

24 hours per week

Must be flexible according to when future Residents move in.

Generally, weekday hours between 9-5.

Inniswood Village located in Westerville, OH is an independent living, assisted living and memory care community with a team of health care professionals that is unmatched in the area!

We are seeking a Move-In Coordinator who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!

The Move-In Coordinator assumes the responsibility for the move-in process of all new residents (temporary or permanent) into the facility.

Qualified candidates for this position offer:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Three or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a health care setting.

  • Must have good communication, comprehension, computer and interpersonal skills.

  • Must have working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and internet.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Coordinates the move-in process for all new residents (temporary or permanent) to the facility.

* Coordinates the selection and purchase of materials necessary for completion of construction or rehab of houses necessary to the move-in process.

* Communicates with necessary outside business entities to ensure the move-in process meets the new residents' needs.

* Communicates with all departments and block representatives of new resident move-in schedule.

* Communicates any issues or concerns that may impact the new resident to the appropriate department supervisor. Keep Director of Facilities and Director of Marketing/Sales Consultant aware of any concerns or potential issues that may arise.

* Along with the Director of Facilities, tours construction site to ensure there are no problems and complete a final walk through of the home, check options, upgrade list, and complete "punch list."

* Meet with new resident on move-in day to assist with any last minute requests or questions, issue move-in packet, transfer keys and complete any final documents.

* Follow-up with residents in a timely manner after move-in to determine satisfaction level and answer any questions. Inform appropriate department supervisor if there are any issues that need to be resolved.

* Communicate with Business Office Manager any information necessary to achieve correct billing implementation.
