Job Description Director, Gene Therapies, North America HEOR Location: Boston, MA (3 days onsite, 2 days remote weekly) Vertex Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director, Gene Therapies, North America HEOR , to join the North America Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) team to develop and execute on the HEOR strategy and related tactics to support the commercialization of CASGEVY (exagamglogene autotemcel [exa-cel]) for sickle cell disease (SCD) and transfusion-dependent beta-thalassemia (TDT) in the United States (US) and Canada. This person will work in a highly cross-functional matrix team environment, serving as the North America HEOR lead for CASGEVY and interfacing with Market Access, Public Affairs, as well as Medical teams, to develop and execute on a seamless plan for communicating the holistic value of CASGEVY throughout its product lifecycle to various stakeholders including payers and policymakers. This person is expected to exhibit a strong sense of urgency to achieve corporate objectives while maintaining the highest ethical, regulatory and scientific standards. This position reports to the Head of North America HEOR.
Minimum Qualifications
#LI-KM3 Pay Range: $204,200 - $306,300Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
